We deliver worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote regions) with two convenient shipping options:
Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: £12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Available on orders over £50
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships from our Winchester headquarters.
Our Returns Promise
We want you to love every piece from our collection of blouses, dresses, shell tops, and trousers as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is designed to be simple and stress-free.
Key Return Details
- Returns & exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be used
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on camisoles and vests that have had hygiene tags removed.
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our Winchester-based customer care team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Details about items you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- For exchanges: specify your desired replacement (size/color)
Step 2: Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include any free gifts received with the order.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Send the package to our returns address (provided in your return authorization email) using a tracked shipping method. We recommend this as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Step 4: Wait for Processing
Once received at our Winchester location (96 Station Hill, Winchester, GB CH2L 3OO), we’ll process your return within 3-5 business days.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing then depends on your payment provider:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours
Exchange Process
For size or color changes on the same item:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your desired replacement in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
International Returns
For our global customers:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item (perhaps one of our premium cotton blend shirts has a manufacturing flaw), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement or refund.
